Refund & Return Policy – MOLVIOR
At MOLVIOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are sourced and fulfilled through international suppliers and logistics partners, our return and refund process may differ from traditional retail stores.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in its original packaging
Not be damaged due to misuse
Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, return approvals may depend on confirmation from our fulfillment partners.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received is incorrect
The order never arrives within the maximum delivery time
The product has significant quality issues
In such cases, customers must contact us with photo or video evidence so we can review the issue and communicate with the supplier responsible for fulfilling the order.
Supplier Review Process
As MOLVIOR works with independent international suppliers, certain refund or replacement decisions may require confirmation from the supplier responsible for fulfilling the order.
While MOLVIOR will always advocate on behalf of the customer and make every reasonable effort to resolve issues, some resolutions may ultimately depend on supplier policies and approval.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
Normal shipping delays during peak seasons
Minor differences in product appearance such as color variation due to screen display
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing with our suppliers and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and supplier before determining the appropriate resolution.
